In September our school was visited by the local fire house. One student took on the challenge of ‘press ups’ and came close to surpassing the fireman. We are hoping that they will be coming back soon to speak to our students and demonstrate the importance of fire safety.
Since our students have been back to school they have all been engaging with our school library. Our school librarian has been able to source new books for the students ranging from Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and many more titles. More recently students have been able to complete puzzles and jigsaws, when needing time for reflection. Would you like to donate books to our library please contact us on hestiainfo@demeterhouse.com
