Working with Students
Here at Hestia School we match each young person with a dedicated keyworker who is their direct link between home and school. Keyworkers are at the centre of our Quality of Life approach and through regular home contact they ensure the student voice is heard.
Working with Families
Through regular weekly contact with our families, keyworkers are able to forge great relationships. With the use of regular surveys we are able to understand which specific areas we can support. Previous survey information has given us the opportunity to support and signpost some of our families in a number of ways.
